The Development and Validation of Financial Management Behavior (FMB) Scale in Postgraduate Students

This study aims to develop and validate a financial management behavior scale. used the approach of measuring instrument modification by applying existing theory into statement that will be as an see condition person's behavior. The researchers basic Dew Xiao (2011) which divides consumption dimension, cash flow savings investment debt dimension. subjects involved in this were 391 people who postgraduate students capital city Jakarta selected using purposive sampling technique. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS software study. results showed scale developed has met fit model produced valid is ready measure behavioral conditions one's specifically student context. limitations suggestions discussed further article.
